One small move at a time. Do you always need to copy your Outlook signature template from one machine from the other machine ?
Microsoft is making this job simpler. They are coming out with roaming signature for our Outlook. No more copying of the template.
But it will be supported with O365 / M365 office version of Outlook for now. We hope that they can extend to retail copies of Microsoft Outlook too .
